I just got a Bitdefender update and I've been running the software for a few years without issue. İ've tried contacting their CS but so far they didn't give any helpful instructions or being responsive at all I used the free version, i've tried reinstalling it by letting the installer redownload, but to no avail. Anyone please help me solve these problems or get rid of bitdefender. What's more, it seems that i can't uninstall/repair bitdefender! There's no bitdefender in installed apps nor programs & features. I can't scan disks or file individually by right-clicking it, i can't sign in unless i run the installer first (if i don't run it, i can't sign in as the button in the tray doesn't do anything), and it seems that i kept getting logged out everytime my PC turned off so it's pretty annoying. Bitdefender suddenly gone haywire after i turned my pc back on. Everything went normal until my place suddenly got an electric shutdown. So because Windows Defender definitions can't still be updated, i decided to install bitdefender instead. PLEASE CHECK THE WIKI FOR BASIC HELP + TROUBLESHOOTING INFO BEFORE POSTING.
